Prof. Hussein Essa - Ain Shams University President - signed a cooperation protocol between Faculty of Specific Education at University and represented by Prof. Amani Hanafi, Dean of the Faculty and the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in Kuwait and represented by Prof. Mohammed Abdullah Aldehan -Dean of the Institute. The Protocol includes the exchange of professors, researchers and students at the academic level and the exchange of information, references, research , courses and organizing lectures and courses and seminars, conferences and working and joint supervision of theses and doctoral diplomas and workshops in addition to student exchanges between the two sides in the holidays national and cultural weeks between the two sides, as well as the educational process strengthened in terms of exchange of faculty members of the oversight committees and examinations. The Protocol also provides an opportunity for the Higher Institute of Musical Arts students in Kuwait to complete the post graduate studies at Faculty of Specific Education at University. This Agreement is valid for a period of three years and renewed at the behest of the parties.
This came in the framework of the keenness to strengthen relations between the peoples and participation in achieving academic, educational and career goals.
